This warranty covers your Maxxit Extreme E-Drive Electric Bike against material and manufacturing defects as described below:

Frame and Fork: Maxxit Extreme E-Drive offers a five-year warranty on the frame and fork of our electric bikes.

Non-electrical System Components: Components such as the brake lines, cables, seat, and brake levers are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Electric System Components: This includes the motor/esc unit, throttle, battery, and charger, all of which are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Normal Wear and Tear Items: Certain components like grips, bar plugs, saddle, plastics, footrest, brake cable/housing, brake lining, paint/decals, tires, and inner tubes are covered by a 30-day warranty.

Please be aware that this Limited Warranty will not be valid under the following circumstances:

The electric bike is not used in accordance with the owner's manual.
Damage occurs due to an accident, crash, or loss of control incident.
The electric bike is used for purposes other than recreational.
Improper maintenance or incorrect maintenance practices.
Use of the electric bike in a manner not specifically designed for.
Failure to follow the owner's manual instructions or warnings.
Exposure of electronics or battery to water.
Any modifications to the electric bike.
Damage caused by unauthorized service or parts.
Commercial use of the electric bike.
Furthermore, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss resulting from improper assembly, maintenance, or storage. Maxxit Extreme E-Drive shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of our electric bikes.

It's important to note that this Limited Warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To make a warranty claim, you must provide the original proof of purchase. In cases where proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period will begin from the original date of manufacture.
